Professional Society Activities
The Professional Society Activities in the CSE Department were initiated for the students to provide exposure to current trends in the field of technology. The clubs also give students experience in various sectors of technology, helping them become more confident and capable of facing challenges brought by upcoming changes in the field. Additionally, students become aware of the technical requirements needed by the industry, which in turn helps them prepare under the guidance of well-experienced faculty.

The CSE Club is an initiative aimed at encouraging and empowering the students of our department in various CSE domains. The main objective is to help students develop new skills, gain knowledge, and work on diverse areas within the CSE field.
BSACIST ACM Student Chapter
ACM’s Professional and Student chapters worldwide serve as hubs of activity for ACM members and the computing community at large. They provide seminars, lectures, learning forums and networking opportunities with peers and experts across the computing spectrum.

- Invite guest speakers from NGOs, social enterprises, and advocacy groups.
Community Service Projects

Objectives
- The club aims to cover different areas related to cyber security like network security, penetration testing, secure coding, cryptography, and reverse engineering.
- To demonstrate the experts’ approach to a problem through different platforms like youtube and others.
Activities
- Members can learn about ethical hacking and perform simulated hacking exercises to identify and fix vulnerabilities in systems.
- Participating in online and in-person CTF events, which are competitions that test participants’ knowledge of cyber security.
- Organizing workshops and training to learn about different areas of cyber security such as cryptography, web security, and network security.
