She holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology and an MBA specializing in Human Resource Management and Business Analytics. Her professional journey began with Cognizant as a Program Analyst Trainee, followed by internships at Eartheon, where she contributed to sustainability and ESG projects, and DraconX, where she gained hands-on experience in project management and operations.

Over time, Khadeja has been part of several academic projects focusing on quality education and management practices, reflecting her interest in research and institutional development. She is skilled in data analytics, project planning, and effective communication, with strong oratorical abilities that have earned her awards in presentations and project management competitions.
