Dr.Pon Mohaideen Pitchai brings over four decades of rich and varied experience traversing corporate, consulting, and academic domains. He has held senior management roles leading the HRM, Talent Development & OD, Management Services, Business Strategy, Human Capital Board and working with MNCs and large private and public sector organizations .In his corporate and consulting career, he has institutionalized multiple processes and built-in focus for vision, culture, values, and growth for many of these organizations in UAE .

He has significantly contributed to setting up & implementing the best HR practices in the Dubai Government’s business entities. He has developed & mentored UAE nationals to assume senior management roles. Skills in building & rolling out programs designed to achieve strategic, business & operational goals.

During his corporate and consulting career, along with his crucial role in business, Dr, PITCHAI has retained his commitment to academic involvement by taking up teaching engagements in Business schools and professional bodies,, and conducting courses in the areas of BU Strategy , Talent Management, TQM, Mentoring, Change Management, Performance Management, Total Reward System, Strategic HRM

Active in the functioning of many not-for-profit organizations and academic bodies, he has served with HRD Networks, DP World Alumni, Bradford University Alumni, IIM, MISC, and advising BSAT Board of BSA Trusts and Management.

He is acknowledged in business and academic forums as an HR Thought Leader, a successful Organizational Transformation Practitioner passionate about building Institutions and setting up systems to enhance performance, bringing about process efficiency,

He works extensively with SMEs and major family businesses in UAE and India. As a professor of practices, he contributes to Universities in Dubai and India.
