Anbuchezhian N is a graduate mechanical engineer with post-graduation in management. His qualification includes post graduate diploma in Quality & Customer Management by UK open university, Executive management program by ISB,6Sigma Black Belt certification by ASQ, Lean 6Sigma Master Belt Certification by Caterpillar. Qualified trainer for change management and making great leaders.
He started as a lecturer in an engineering college, joined as a graduate engineer trainee in an alloy steel foundry and led end-to-end quality management system.
Led new product development, corporate quality management and 6Sigma deployment at Wheels India for 11 years.
Led Operations, Operational excellence, technical services and strategy at Caterpillar for 18 years. Trained 500+ black belts and coached 1000+ projects in lean 6sigma. Transformed entire value chain as global source with integrated quality management and creating culture of quality.
Led various task forces, panels, forums, councils and sub committees in CII to support the Indian industry growth for the last 15+ years.
Member of advisory board for various reputed universities such as Anna, Crescent and Ramakrishna college etc to transform engineering education.
Member of National Executive Committee in NIQR for the last 10+ years and a member of Madras Management Association.
