• Delivered Lecture on Collision in the five days “Workshop on Engineering Mechanics”, organized by Department of Mechanical Engineering, 22 – 27 Dec 2014 at Crescent Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai.
• As a Training Center Head of ETA, Dubai, formulated and implemented the action plan of imparting Training to approx. 4000 employees of Electrical & Mechanical Division.
• Evolved and implemented training programs for special projects and for personal from various departments.
• Awarded and certified as “BEST TEACHER” for the academic performance in the Year 2007 at Jeppiaar Engineering College, Chennai.
• Core committee member during the ISO certification in Jeppiaar Engineering College.
• Coordinated NBA Accreditation activities for Teaching & learning process at Crescent Institute of Science & Technology.
• Established Dynamics Lab at MIET engineering college, Trichy.
