• Clientele includes Seventh sense reality developers (SSRD), Southern Railway, Public Works Department, East Coast Construction & Industries Limited (ECCI) , JBM Dakshin, JBM Shelters, Buhari Builders & Contractors, Arun Excello, Tulsyan Steels, Build Pro Constructions, RDS Projects,etc.
• Acted as member of the team headed by Dr. M.S.Haji Sheik Mohammed and executed GFRG Model house (550 sq.ft.) in the B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology Campus at a budget cost of 5 Lakhs during 2017.

• Organized a three days workshop “ANSYS” for final year students in collaboration with CADD centre , Tambaram.

• Attended two weeks GIAN Course on “Design and Construction of Precast Concrete Buildings,” conducted at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, during June 27 – July 4, 2025 with a Certificate of Merit (Grade A).
• Completed “Building Materials and Composites,” a 8-week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) approved NPTEL course, conducted by IIT Delhi during July to September 2024.
• Completed “Design of steel structures,” a 12-week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) approved NPTEL course, conducted by IIT Delhi during July to October 2024
• “Inculcating Universal Human Values in Technical Education,” a 5-day Online FDP organized by AICTE, held from 30th January to 3rd February 2023
• “Faculty Induction/Orientation Programme for Faculty in Universities/Colleges/Institutes of Higher Education,” a 4-week FDP organized by the Teaching Learning Centre, Ramanujan College, University of Delhi, in collaboration with the MIT School of Education & Research, MIT Art, Design & Technology University, under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching, held from 20th September to 19th October 2022; obtained Grade A+
