Instructions for the applicant requesting Duplicate degree certificate

Students can apply for Duplicate Degree Certificate by submitting the following documents to the office of COE.

• Application-Form-for-Duplicate-Certificate
• Original CSR and Non-traceable certificate issued by Police Department
• Affidavit Form duly signed by Notary Public.
• The fee of 4500/- can be paid online through NEFT / IMPS to the following account:

• The fees payment can also be made in person through Gpay available at COE office. After making successful payment, the applicant has to submit the above certificates along with the payment proof to the office of COE.

Note:

A minimum of four weeks from the date of the application is required for processing and issuing the duplicate Degree certificate. (It may take more time if there is any delay in verifying the Authenticity of the documents like FIR along with Non-traceable certificate /AFFIDAVIT by the issuing authorities).

The above mentioned facts are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
