The Crescent Study Circle for Competitive Examinations (CSCCE) is a dedicated initiative by the Department of Public Policy, School of Social Sciences and Humanities, at B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology,Vandalur, Chennai.

This center is committed to guiding students toward success in various competitive examinations, including UPSC, TNPSC, SSC, Banking, Railways and other central and state-level recruitment Exams. CSCCE serves all students of Crescent Institute, regardless of their primary field of study, providing them with equal opportunities to excel in government and public service careers.

• Conduct awareness programs, foundation courses, and mock tests.
• Offer regular workshops and webinars on exam strategy by providing Tips, Tricks and Techniques thereby contributing towards Effective preparation.
• Initiate partnerships with coaching institutions and experienced mentors.

Long-Term

• Consistently produce successful candidates in UPSC, TNPSC, Banking and related exams.
• Establish a Crescent alumni network of civil servants for ongoing mentorship.
• Expand training modules to cover Personality Development, Interview readiness, and leadership skills.
