Program Educational Objectives

  • To Teach, Coach and Mentor the students to eventually become a Socially Sensitive, Empathetic and Efficient Leader or Civil Servant
  • Primary focus is to create an IAS / IPS officer out of each student in his / her first attempt at a young age

Programme Highlights

  • Programme Syllabus model is based on UPSC Civil Services Examination Syllabus, which eventually recruits candidates for IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, IES and other prestigious services
  • Every student would be assigned to a mentor who is a serving (or) retired IAS or IPS officer
  • 100% Result-oriented Teaching-learning methodology
  • Majority of the classes would be handled by serving, retired and other Group-1 Officers
  • Core syllabus of all general competitive examinations of the country is embedded to the curriculum
  • As a first of its kind, NCC has been integrated in the curriculum. The focus is to inculcate the element of discipline and sense of patriotism in every student
  • Students would be systematically and scientifically trained to face all general competitive examinations which recruit candidates for higher posts
  • Students would also be trained in Soft skills, Personality Development, Public Speaking and Leadership.
