Vision

To be a primary support to the rurally backward society by creating innovative and needy technical projects there by creating a platform for the students of ECE department to explore their dreams and implement the same.

The students of Electronics and Communication Engineering of BSA Crescent University have modernized Karinaipuducherry Government High School at Urapakkam with three different innovative projects.

We are very thankful to Mrs.SuryaKala, Head Master of Karanaipuducherry Govt.School, Urapakkam for letting our students to carry out the project and support us throughout the period.

The whole idea of Social Technical service was conceptualized under the support of Dr.C.Tharini HOD/ECE with the encouragement from Dr.S. Kaja Mohideen, Dean SECS and our dynamic Registrar Dr.V.Murgesan of B.S.A Crescent University.

Inauguration
The inauguration of these projects was held on November 17,2017 at Karinaipuducherry Government High School under the presence of Mr.DelhiBabu, Head PTA, Mr.Padmanaban former Panchayat President, Mrs.AnithaIlavarasan, Former Panchayat President, Mr.Shanmugam, Former District Councilor, Mr.Kanniappan, Former Councilor, Mr.Niyanasekar, Member SHDC, Karinaipuducherry.
Project 1: An Automatic School Bell System
The old school bell have been replaced by “Automatic School Bell System’ that rings in accordance with the school timings without any human support. This project was carried out by Ms.R.Karthiyayini, Ms.M.Hansika, Ms.S.Priyanka, Ms.V.R.RajaPriya and Ms.P.Pavithra of ECE (2016-2020 batch) and mentored by Mr.S.SadhishPrabhuAP[Sr.Gr]/ECE
Project 2: Automatic Water Tank Level Controller
In order to avoid wastage of water due to overflow from the school water tank an ‘Automatic Water Tank Level Controller’ was completed by Mr.J.Prasanna, Mr.S.Ganesh and Mr.K.Lokeshwaran of ECE(2016-2020 batch) under the guidance of Mrs.K.IndiraGandhi,AP[Sr.Gr]/ECE.
Project 3: Finger Print Attendance Monitoring System
The time efficient and more accurate ‘Finger Print Attendance Monitoring System’ that documents the presence of staffs by sensing their finger prints was completed by Mr.MohamedBasith Adnan, Mr.M.MohamedAfrid and Mr. V.S.Akash of ECE(2015-2019 batch) under the supervision of Dr.G.Kannan,Associate Professor/ECE.

Further, the Social Technical Service Club is interested in taking up projects in and around to support the technical need of the society.
