Industry-Institute Interaction
The main objective of Industry Institute Interaction is to establish the productive relationships with the industries and academic institutions.
- Participation of experts from industry in curriculum development of UG & PG programs
- To encourage industry supported projects and consultancy programs
- Organizing seminars, symposia, exhibitions and workshops in collaboration
- Encouraging industrial experts to deliver special lectures to students/ faculty
- To encourage mutual use of testing facility
- Joint research programmes and field studies by faculty and Industry experts
- Feasibility for industry professional to do part time Ph.D. programme
- Adjunct faculty from industry for a short duration
- R&D Laboratories sponsored by industries at the Institute
- Memoranda of Understanding between the Institute and industries to bring the two sides emotionally and strategically closer
- Internship for faculty and students at Industry
- To encourage Industrial Visits for students
- Collaboration in product development process of industry
