The Career Development Centre (CDC) at B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology, plays a pivotal role in enhancing student employability. The placement process kicks off with pre-placement talks, followed by the actual placements, with numerous reputable organizations participating each year, reflecting the institute’s strong reputation. The CDC’s primary functions include creating awareness about the placement process through various programs, providing targeted training to prepare students for upcoming placements, and streamlining the process for both students and recruiters. The center aims to empower youth by equipping them with essential aptitude, soft, programming, and technical skills, alongside fostering professional leadership. Its objectives focus on imparting necessary skills at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, improving placement statistics in top companies, and enhancing employability through advanced training and supplementary academic experiences such as seminars, guest lectures, and industrial visits, ultimately striving for 100% placement success.

Pre- Placement Talk M/s. Acies Global conducted the Pre-Placement Talk for B.Tech (CSE, IT & ECE) of 2024 batch. Mr. Kumar – Head Delivery Excellence presented the Company profile and job description to the students. 243 students took participated. Salary Package of Rs. 6.00/- LPA.

Seminar on “Don’t choose your career by chance, do it by choice!” The Industry Institute Partnership Cell organized a Seminar on the topic “Don’t choose your career by chance, do it by choice!” by Mr. Ravishankar Krishnan, Principal Architect – Harrison Assessments on 10th Feb 2023 from 11.00 am to 12.40 pm for third year B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering students.
