About Confab
Eclectic means deriving ideas, style, or taste from a broad and diverse range of sources hence we named our conference as “ECLECTIC CONFAB”
We are living in an age where nothing is constant and except change. Even change is not constant but with exponential speed. This is the age of technology and it is changing very fast. Accepting the change is the only option for any organization to continue and to rule in the future. The technology not only affected the commerce, business, and production but every corner of the organization and therefore HR is not an exception. The other important aspect, affecting the organization but least is politics inside the organization.
In earlier days the most important thing for an academic organization and society was the jobs. Now we are discussing start-up and entrepreneur, a social entrepreneur, and leadership. All these things are possible due to the wide spared of technology and information. Governments are trying to make technology reach to every citizen for the purpose of inclusive growth.
This conference aims to provide the common platform to the industrialist, academician, researchers, human resource professionals, students and users to disseminate knowledge and expertise especially in the area of Human Resource and Commerce and Business. It also through a new light on various development, future prospect and formulate a strategy for their implementation.
This is the whole new concept of the confab will not only train and update our HR, Teachers, and students on the various current and trending topic so as to make you fully equipped to start the new journey of your career.

IHRC (International HR Confab)
IHRC (International HR Confab) our participant HR heads, staffing managers, CEO Coaches, B-School & engineering graduates, employees across sectors, social skilling organizations and government organizations promoting skills & development will discuss various issues around Gender Diversity in corporate sectors and management education.
Handling manpower, understanding their need, managing conflicts, counseling and making them work is the toughest task handled and managed by the human resource department. Hence whether it is an educational institute or university, small or a medium-sized organization, the human resource department, if neglected may lead to many severe problems in the organization. When an organization is small in size the people are less and everybody plays politics, but it is scattered and has a low impact on productivity. Unless this is immediately controlled by proper structuring of the organization structure and policies then the things become more manageable, else the consequences become worst with the delay in this it becomes hard like a rock and hard to break. Preventive measures can be taken if the organization has a human resource department. Human Resource is now a business partner which is a major link between employees, different business units, the top management, and company goals.
Topics will include, inter alia, the following:
- Leadership and EQ
- Work Place Divergence - Fight for talent and policies and culture
- Misogynic behavior @ workplace
- Gross National Happiness as Human Holistic Development
- Addressing organizational politics positively and microaggression behavior
- C2C (Campus to Corporate) / Industry expectation

Centre for Qualitative research in Human Nature and Organization Politics (CQRHNOP)
Technology and management are related through engineering, commerce or business. However, the most required link is Humanity or Human Nature. Gallop annual survey of employee engagement in organizations show an abysmally low 13% of employees are fully engaged, 24% are actively disengaged, 63% not engaged. What is the reason for such many employees across geographies and sectors not been engaged? Gary Hamel the management philosopher emphasized that importance of understanding of Human Nature.
To help organization to get better engagement of employees Centre for qualitative research in Human nature and organization politics is started for addressing the above issues related to Human Nature.
