Terms & Conditions
- Powder samples should be finely grained and dried.
- Samples in liquid form, radioactive, toxic, or hygroscopic materials will not be accepted.
- Sample specifications:
Powder: ~30 mg covering 1 cm × 1 cm
Thin films: Uniform coating of 1 cm × 1 cm - Results will be communicated within 7 working days from submission.
- If the user requires the tested sample back, it must be collected within 20 working days, after which it will be discarded.
- Payment receipts (if required) can be obtained via email or in person one week after receiving results. Prior intimation to the XRD operator is required.
- Samples along with the filled-in form + payment proof need to be submitted in-person (or) through post.
