Research Proposal Submitted

As a Co-principal Investigator, a Research Proposal Titled “Fabrication and characterization of High _K (HfO2) based MOS Energy Storage device”, submitted under Oriented Research &Technology Development Proposals on Materials for Energy Storage (MES)-2017 to Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science &Technology, Govt. of India, during April 2017.
